Please familiarise yourself with our conditions of hire and policy and procedures below to ensure a smooth and trouble-free hiring experience, and to keep your children safe while enjoying our soft play.
Only toddlers up to the age of 4 years are allowed to play on the soft play.
No adults and children over the age of 4 years are allowed on the soft play.
No shoes allowed on the soft play.
No eating or drinking allowed on the soft play.
The soft play cannot get wet therefore an under-cover area needs to be available in the event that it rains. Should it start to rain later, and the soft play was not setup under cover, it is your responsibility to move the soft play to a dry and protected area.
Any damages to the soft play due to older children playing on it, rain or water, food or drinks or any other damage that is not specified here will be for the customer’s account.
The Soft Play equipment is used at the client’s own risk. Magic Moments will not be held responsible for any loss or injury that may occur.
Soft Play hire period is from between 7h00 and 9h00 in the morning until 17h00 in the afternoon unless special arrangements have been made.
The Soft Play equipment can get very hot if placed in direct sun, so we recommend that you have a shaded area available for the Soft Play to be set up, or alternatively, a Gazebo or tent to cover it.
A R350 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance should be paid at least 2 days in advance to ensure that the payment reflects in our account before the event. We will unfortunately not be able to set up unless full payment is reflected in our account.

If a cash deposit is absolutely necessary, please add an additional R1.40 for every R100 to your invoice total to cover the cash deposit bank charges. It is your responsibility to cover the cash deposit bank charges.
A R350 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance can be paid on the morning of your event before we set up.
If a party needs to be cancelled due to rain or for personal reasons, you may choose a new date for your soft play event. Regrettably, we cannot offer refunds.
