Do the package prices listed on the Packages & Pricing page include delivery, set up and collection?
No, the Delivery, Set Up & Collection fee is not included. Below you’ll find the fees for various areas in and around Durban:

Payment Options & Bank Details
Electronic Bank Transfer (EFT)
A R350 deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance should be paid at least 2 days in advance to ensure that the payment reflects in our account before the event. We will unfortunately not be able to set up unless full payment is reflected in our account.
Bank Details
Please only use for EFT transactions. If a cash deposit is necessary, please add an additional R1.40 for every R100 to your invoice total to cover the cash deposit bank charges. It is your responsibility to cover the cash deposit bank charges.

What size are the soft play sets?
Each set includes 4 Safety Mats (2m x 2.4m each) for a combined area of 19.2m2, however, the soft play sets can be set up in many different ways to utilize the space that you have available.
Do the sets include ball ponds?
Yes, each set comes with its own ball pond which is filled with 300 colourful balls.
What is your earliest delivery time and your latest collection time?
Our earliest delivery time is 07h00 and latest collection time is 17h00, however, special arrangements can be made, should this be necessary.
How long may we keep the soft play equipment?
You hire the soft play for the whole day. Depending on what time you would like us to deliver and collect. If you don’t specify times, then the soft play will be delivered between 7h00 and 9h00 and collected again at 17h00.
Can we keep the soft play over night?
If you make prior special arrangements with us due to a party being in the evening, then we will allow the soft play to stay overnight providing you have an indoor and safe storage space for it.
What age group of children are allowed to play on the Soft Play?
Our Soft Play is suitable for children up to the age of 4 years.
Can your tunnel be adjusted to be lower for smaller toddlers?
Yes, we can adjust the tunnel to make it easier for them to climb through.
Can we collect the Soft Play from you instead of paying the delivery fee?
Unfortunately, we do not allow collections due to our Soft Play equipment getting lost and damaged in the past.
How long does it take to set up the soft play?
It takes around 20 minutes to set up the soft play depending on the venue.
